By accessing or using the Vetty platform at https://vetty.xyz (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vetty Inc. (“Vetty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

Vetty is an AI-powered recruiting CRM platform that provides candidate sourcing, AI match scoring, automated outreach, and pipeline management tools. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam laws

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Vetty Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, and you grant Vetty a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetty Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vetty in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vetty does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
